Hong Kong Island - Bowen Road
Bowen Road is a superb rooftop level walk looking down on Hong Kong Island. As the path winds around you get superb views of the Happy Valley Racecourse and other HK landmarks.Various shrines are to be found along the path including Yan Yuen-Suk, or Lovers Rock, a 9 metre high rock pointing into the sky from the top of the bluff. Its one of several focuses of the Maidens Festival in August.
To start the Bowen Road walk, catch bus 15 from Central Bus Terminus and get off the first stop when the bus goes round a mini island by Stubbs Road. Walk down to Bowen Road.
